Mr. Anthony, the owner, was especially helpful with advice on booking a car and finding food courts. The property felt safe for our family, and it was clean and very well looked after. Our room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was clean too. The beach, restaurants, and local shops were all a 5-7 minute walk away. We had a wonderful time at Primavera holiday homes.

We enjoyed the stay so much that we're going back this November. Anthony and Beverly were charming hosts and very obliging whenever we needed something. Primavera is a little gem just off the main road, with Candolim's bars and restaurants close by. We usually stay in hotels when we visit Goa, but for our first extended annual trip we wanted a guesthouse that felt like home, and this one delivered. 10 out of 10, Diane & Andrew.

The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with advice, and the greenery around the property made it feel cosy and well cared for. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it. My second-floor room was clean and comfortable, with a medium-sized bed that worked well for two. It had a fridge, sink, kitchenware, AC, Wi-Fi, and two ceiling fans. Thick curtains, two large windows, and a balcony with chairs made for a pleasant place to sit in the morning. All the windows had mosquito nets, which I appreciated. The sockets took European and Chinese plugs, so charging was easy. The bathroom had a sink and mirror, toilet, hygiene shower, rain shower, and handheld shower. Liquid soap and drinking water were provided regularly. Getting around was convenient. The main road is about 190 metres east, or a two-minute walk. North on Camotim Road, it's about 700 metres, nine minutes, to a beach access point along paths without sand, where you can rinse off after swimming. Head south on the same road and Candolim's main beach is about 500 metres, or seven minutes, away.

Even though everything is only a few minutes away, the place is peaceful and lovely to stay at. Anthony and his team made us feel welcome. He's kind and helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble, whatever we asked. Thanks to the whole team. We'd definitely stay again.

Uncle and Aunty were so sweet and cooperative. They even helped with our luggage and the little things we needed. The rooms were hygienic and well maintained, and the villas are nicely connected to the main road. We spent two nights here in November while visiting North Goa, and it was the most pleasant stay. I'd definitely return for the experience and service.
