The service was extremely slow, and the staff weren't professional or helpful. My room was dirty and poorly maintained, and basic facilities weren't working properly. It was a very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. RL Palace made for an amazing stay and is definitely one of the best options in Asansol.
