OYO 75292 Sormistha Residency

The quiet hallways and lovely surroundings made the location feel peaceful, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was fresh, tidy, very clean, and comfortable, with a spotless bathroom and good amenities. The staff were welcoming, attentive, efficient, and friendly. It felt like a home away from home, and the experience was more luxurious than I expected. Great value, and the best hotel stay I've had.

The good food and value, comfortable beds, clean rooms, and handy location made for a lovely stay. Staff were friendly and efficient, and some went out of their way to help, including a sweet receptionist and a helpful guide. They made me feel special. I'd recommend staying here and would like to come back.

The staff's service was very poor, and their behavior was rude. A really bad experience.

I stayed from 25-11-25 to 29-11-25, and have been in poor health since. After eating the hotel's food, I've had severe stomach pain for two days. The complimentary breakfast was cold puri and sabji. The rooms were very dusty and rarely cleaned, the flush barely worked, and the shower ran as slowly as a washbasin tap. Room service was awful too: a single cup of tea took an hour, and one towel took 45 minutes to arrive. They gave me toothpaste that had expired in 2013, and only said sorry when I pointed it out. I'd give this place minus 100 if I could. It should face legal action. I wrote to cleartrip asking them to reconsider partnering with such a rubbish, disgusting hotel. Never stay here.
