Getting around was easy from here, with the main town accessible and plenty of eateries nearby. It was a quiet stay and easy to find, and the staff were helpful. They even cooked food before the buffet officially started. The room smelled a bit foul and the linen wasn’t up to the mark, but I still had an awesome experience for the money.

For Rs 600 to 700, you can get a better room. This is basically a house being run as a hotel, with no service at all. They keep changing what they say about the checkout time and tariff, so make sure you get both in writing. I found the place fraudulent and would give it zero stars. Worst stay.

I booked online, then called the next day about checking in late. They told me they were full and couldn’t accommodate me. I can’t tell whether that was their fault or OYO’s, but after this I’d never choose OYOs in Bhubaneshwar. It’s a scam.

This is the best OYO for couples near iter college. The staff are super chill about whatever you do, and the rooms and facilities are good. I wouldn’t recommend it for families, though. There can be power issues and the AC may not work, but they have backup for the fans and lights.
