Treebo Airport Inn

I had a comfortable stay near the airport. Everything I needed was provided in one day. The room was clean and well kept, the atmosphere peaceful, and the staff polite and helpful. Good choice for work or leisure, I’d recommend it.

There was no drinking water or toilet paper in the room, and the bathroom wasn’t hygienic. With no restaurant at the hotel and it already being 9 pm, I had to order food online. Breakfast the next morning was just idli and vada, with nothing else to choose from. The room itself was a problem from the start. I waited around 10 minutes after being assigned it because staff couldn’t open the door lock. Once inside, I found hair and stains on the bedsheets, pillow covers, and blanket. When I asked for fresh linen, staff admitted the room hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest. They were polite at first, but the stay went downhill quickly. Very disappointing. I’d tell others not to waste their money here.

The staff were polite, and there’s plenty of parking on site. The room was comfortable and neat, and the location near the airport is handy if you’re leaving the city early. I was very happy with my stay.

Even after we’d told the hotel in advance we’d arrive late, our room wasn’t ready. They first put us in a temporary room that was very dirty, with an unsanitized toilet. We were moved later, but the next room still had visible stains on the bedsheet and pillow. Management’s attitude made it worse. They showed no apology for the poor service. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
