Treebo Greenland Resort Patia with Swimming Pool

The food was amazing, and the price was affordable. The pool was clean and the ambience was good too.

The place is beautiful, but the staff felt shady and were rude. One of them seemed to be spying on us for much of the time. My friend and I were really scared and felt unsafe that night, so we checked out early the next morning. I’m not going back. Go at your own risk.

The clean swimming pool was the only good thing about this resort. Customer service was terrible, and staff treated us rudely. The food was stale. They also falsely added extra food items to the bill, then called the customer cheap when they refused to pay for an item they hadn’t ordered.

The bill took over 30 minutes to get, and when I asked for it, they just told me to “check WhatsApp” as though that were a proper way to provide an official invoice. When I questioned charges for sealed water bottles I hadn’t touched, there was no accountability. The food was tasteless and below basic standards, and most staff spoke only Odia, which made communication very difficult for non-local guests. I stayed at Treebo Greenland Resort, Patia from Saturday to Sunday. The rooms and facilities were poorly maintained, and the neglected feel made the place far from welcoming. The tariff was unjustified for what we got. Despite being listed as a resort, the reality was nowhere near what I expected. It wasn’t worth the money or stress, and I absolutely wouldn’t recommend it.
