I wouldn't recommend this place to families or couples. The room was so cramped there wasn't space for two people to eat. I paid 999 for a Classic room with AC, but the stay was horrible. There weren't any towels, the bedsheet was messy, and the blanket was dirty with lipstick marks on it. The AC didn't work at all. I've added photos.
I booked an AC room, but they were giving me a non-AC one. Why? The complimentary breakfast was nowhere to be seen, the TV had no sound, and the AC they did provide wouldn't run. They were rude when I ordered food from outside. The service is so low quality, I wouldn't even give one star.
This place seems to sit between a regular hotel and a restaurant, with a lodge beside it that's just okay. You can get food here, but little else. The prices are like a restaurant, while the food and service are like a hotel. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here unless I was absolutely starving.
The staff behaved very rudely. OYO is the worst hotel booking website: they say they're sorry for the inconvenience, but don't actually seem to care. Their apologies feel like they're only for show.
The service was very poor, and the staff weren't good with customers. Their behaviour and the service were both bad.
