The Astor - All Suites Hotel Candolim Goa

The spa was fabulous, reasonably priced, and staffed by lovely people. We stayed at the Astor for five nights before a wedding, and they certainly gave us five-star service. Our room was spacious, well equipped and clean, with a lovely view of the pool. Everyone was helpful, friendly and happy to assist. Breakfast had something for everyone, and we enjoyed dinner every evening. The restaurant team were attentive and even put our Sula wine on ice. There was also a complimentary taxi to the beach and shops. You made our holiday special, thank you.

The sofa-cum-bed mattress could use an upgrade. It’s fine for a quick nap, but got uncomfortable over a full night. Apart from that, our family really enjoyed our stay at The Astor Goa. The hotel felt like a cozy, welcoming home, with simple, elegant decor and everything kept spotless. Staff at the front desk, housekeeping and restaurant were prompt and professional, but also genuinely kind. The food was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was out of this world. We left refreshed and grateful for a lovely visit.

The children loved spending time at the pool and even got to try archery, which added a fun extra to our stay. We first had a fantastic suite on the 2nd floor, then extended our visit and moved up to the penthouse. Both rooms were phenomenal, comfortable and elegant. My family of four highly recommends The Astor Hotel for a memorable stay. The front desk welcomed us warmly, and Shailendra, Soumen and Raj were especially attentive and efficient. Lionel and the porters made arrival and departure seamless, always ready to help with a smile. The drivers also got us safely and smoothly to and from the airport. In the restaurant, Afosa, who I hope I’ve spelled correctly, was remarkably thoughtful about our needs and went above and beyond. Sachin, Divesh and the whole team kept meals timely and served us with a smile. Vaibhav, the General Manager, set a great tone for the team. He spoke with us several times, and his friendly, charismatic manner made a lasting impression. He connected easily with both adults and children. Our whole stay was smooth and luxurious. Thanks to everyone for making it so special. We hope to visit again.

I spent three days at The Aster Hotel Goa and had a fantastic, smooth stay that gave me the peace I needed. I loved relaxing by the pool and already wish I could return. The service was top-notch. Ruthi, the spa manager, was especially helpful, kind and lovely. She’s so kindhearted!
