The hotel itself is nice and clean, and the staff are supportive. Receptionist Priya is a very helpful, nice lady. They don’t take card payments. If you’re going to Hyderabad for sightseeing or pleasure, though, this isn’t the place since it’s far outside the main attractions.

The complimentary breakfast was gone by 8am and felt like it was there in name only. At night it was noisy, with drunk and stupid people in other rooms. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke, and there was no hot water for bathing. I had a guest stay two nights, and the experience was bad. It’s not a place to stay with family, and I won’t choose it again.

The whole celebration was within our budget, and I left with nothing to complain about. We had a really nice time for our son's first birthday. The staff were kind and the food was awesome. Thanks, blue petal. I’d strongly recommend it for any party.

The prices were high, and the place didn’t feel clean or especially pleasant. Our food arrived late and wasn’t served hot; it smelled bad too. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and management didn’t respond when we raised the issue. One of the worst experiences I’ve had. Highly not recommended.

When I asked about it, they tried to convince me that this was their special preparation. I had ordered Andhra Chicken and was surprised to receive curry, along with a single piece of mango pickle. They may be professionals in the hotel business, but I’ll say they’re just as good at taking money from customers.
