The food was tasty, with plenty of choice, and the restaurant service was excellent. Our room was clean, roomy, and well cared for, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax. The staff were polite and attentive throughout, from check-in to check-out, and everything was handled smoothly. A wonderful stay at The Fern Habitat, with the kind of thoughtful hospitality that makes me recommend it to anyone after comfort and good service.

Breakfast was the main area that could use attention. The options were quite basic, and a wider selection would make the guest experience better. The hotel's services are somewhat limited, though what is offered is decent and should meet most travelers' needs. I found the property clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so it seems suitable for a short visit or a longer stay. The staff were polite and welcoming, whether I interacted with the front desk, housekeeping, or dining team. Their attentiveness added a lot to my visit. With comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and good staff, it's a dependable place to stay, and a bit more breakfast variety could make it even more appealing.

We especially appreciated how thoughtfully they handled meals for our toddler. Dipti at the rooftop restaurant was attentive and friendly, and went out of her way to make our meals memorable. Our stay at Fern Habitat was relaxed from beginning to end. The clean, spacious accommodation had a cozy feel that made us comfortable right away. It's well located for exploring Goa, and the pool was a hit with the whole family when we stayed in. The food was consistently delicious too. Great service and a family-friendly atmosphere, we'd happily come back.

Brisa do Mar is the rooftop restobar, where you can dine under the stars, and there are several other tempting dining options on site. The hotel also has a fully equipped fitness center and a meeting room for conferences and events. It's close to Candolim Beach and well placed for travel to both Dabolim Airport and Mopa International Airport. Rooms come with eco-friendly lighting, LED TVs, fast Wi-Fi, complimentary bottled water, and tea and coffee facilities. There's also a rooftop infinity pool with scenic views.

The service was just as poor as the upkeep. Staff were slow and unresponsive, and seemed unconcerned when we raised problems. Some requests were ignored, while others got a casual response, which left me feeling guest comfort wasn't a priority. The bathroom was in a disgusting state, with dirty corners, stained tiles, mold near the shower glass, water left standing on the floor, and grime around a poorly maintained washbasin. We were also given a dirty cup with visible stains and residue, and the bed sheet was torn. That's unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging premium prices. Basic items were missing too. There was no bottle opener, and we weren't given packaged drinking water, only RO water, without an explanation or any other option. It came across as cost-cutting rather than eco-friendliness. The Fern Habitat is presented as a premium property, but our stay was shocking and fell well below basic hospitality standards. I found the management poor, the hygiene neglected, and the service extremely low quality. For the price, it offered no value. I strongly advise against staying here, and won't return.
