The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the food was fresh, delicious, and well prepared, with great service. What a pleasant surprise on our way to Chail. The staff made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, with courteous, attentive hospitality. This turned out to be a peaceful, comfortable hidden gem and a great stopover. We’d definitely love to return, and I’d recommend it to anyone passing through or planning a stay.

It was quiet here, away from the hustle and bustle, and the location had scenic views. We had a great time at Kanishka. Dharmendra and the restaurant and front desk associates were wonderfully hospitable. There was ample parking, a swimming pool of good enough size, a bone fire, and delicious food with plenty of options.

A peaceful heaven away from the chaos, and totally worth the money. The best things were the swimming pool in the hills, amazing organic vegitable farming, and fresh food that tastes different. Hospitality was amazing too. A great weekend getaway from Delhi or Chandigarh.

The resort’s bonfire night was a lovely part of the stay, and the meals were tasty with plenty of variety. The room was super clean, the hospitality was out of this world, and the property has beautiful infrastructure with a himalayan garden, lotus pond, swimming pool, and lots to explore. It felt like a nature’s treat in the heart of chail and made for one of my best weekend getaways. I’d really like to visit again.

The views at Kanishka Retreat are breathtaking, the food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind. As a wheelchair user, I especially appreciated the support, care, and warm welcome we received. Abhay and Manoj were wonderful, and Kulbhushan was supportive and kind as well. Our five days here gave us unforgettable memories, especially celebrating our 9th anniversary. Wow, what an amazing stay.
