The rooms were really clean and well kept, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. Food was good, with a variety of options. I expected good service and got great service instead. Had a great stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

Good food, with a South Indian menu for all three meals, and tea or coffee whenever you ask. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, so they work well for personal stays or work. They provide soap and shampoo, but you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and other toiletries. Stores selling those are within 200m. Overall, a great stay.

The rooms are decent, so that's where the 2 stars come from. The service is very poor for what my company is paying: bed sheets aren't changed regularly, sometimes for 2-3 days, and breakfast has few options. There are almost no TV channels for a longer stay, and they won't upgrade the pack. The management isn't nice either, except for the reception staff.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean, spacious 1BHK at an affordable price. The area was good, with lots of different food options on the street and nightlife. Staff were courteous, polite, and supportive, especially the hotel boy Shankar. Parking was a problem. The hotel has only a small basement parking area, so I had to leave the car by the street footpath. We were also given two single beds pushed aside instead of a king or queen bed. They agreed to move us to another room the next day, but I adjusted, so check that the bed setup suits what you need.
