Hotel New Dreamland

The room didn’t feel safe. Several times, staff came in while we were out. Once we got back and found someone mopping, even though we’d locked the door and had the key with us. He said we must not have locked it properly. Another time, the bucket had been filled with water and there were slipper marks inside. At night, loud arguments and fights made the place feel even more unsettling. We stayed five days at Hotel O New Dreamland, Chakan after booking through Goibibo. The staff were rude from check-in, and when we complained about the facilities, they mocked us and asked why we’d paid online instead of directly at the hotel, adding, “What if we give you a tin room?” The promised amenities were missing: no AC despite booking an AC room, no breakfast, toiletries, or water bottle, and the TV didn’t work. The bathroom was dirty, the switch boards were broken, and hygiene overall was terrible. This was a thoroughly unprofessional stay, and it wasn’t worth the money. Goibibo should review this listing; I’d avoid booking here.
