The Monarch, Chakan

The room was neat enough and comfortable, with a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. My main gripe was the TV, which often restarted by itself. Breakfast was OK, though the restaurant's room service food was a pleasure. On the first night I had tasty Naan and Chicken Kabab, plus a lassi. The second night I ordered a big meal: fish koliwada, chicken biryani, masala kulcha, and a milkshake. I stayed for a couple of days.

Yash Dond was especially welcoming when we checked in, and the whole team made us feel at home. We had a fantastic stay: the room was spotless, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the decor had thoughtful details. There was a great choice at breakfast, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Thanks for making our trip memorable. We'll definitely be back.

I spent 5 days at The Monarch, Chakan, on a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable, with room service staff tidying it daily while I was at daytime training. The food was great throughout, and Miss PINKI in the dining area served breakfast, lunch, and dinner with care and a pleasant smile. She clearly puts a lot of dedication into her work. NAND KISHORE at the front was prompt and helpful, and the hotel's efficient, professional service made my work trip memorable. One thing to fix: the iron wasn't working properly and should be replaced. Overall, it was a comfortable, great stay. I'd recommend The Monarch Chakan for business travel and family trips.

Dipak and Dilip provided excellent pickup and drop service. The rooms were clean, good, and had the necessary provisions, though there was no mini fridge. Food was alright, but it needed more options. Keycard issues could use some work, and the pricing could be better. Otherwise, I had a good experience.
