The meals Chef Devendra prepared were delicious, and Tej Singh was prompt with the service. Everyone, from Prem Thakur to Srijan, was friendly, polite, and respectful, and they made us feel welcome during our three-day stay. Aftab and the other staff in the engineering department were quick to respond whenever we had a request or a small issue. They took care of things ASAP, and I appreciated how attentive they were throughout. We had an amazing stay, with comfort and thoughtful service. I’d recommend the resort.

The rooms were spacious and well kept, and the food was incredibly delicious. Our check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. I stayed with colleagues and found the location convenient. Service was excellent, and the rates felt reasonable.

The food had plenty of choices for different tastes, and the staff were friendly and attentive. At Sterling Hotel in Lonavala, we found the rooms spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with what we needed for a relaxing visit. The green surroundings made it feel peaceful and removed from city noise. We had a refreshing stay, and I’d recommend it to families or anyone hoping to unwind. I’d definitely come back.

The location was the one good thing about this stay. Service was poor, food orders took over an hour, and the game zone machines were poorly maintained. The swimming pool is a big joke because of how small it is. We booked two rooms. The TV in one didn’t work, and the side bed in the other was broken. We complained, but nothing was fixed.
