It’s easy to get around the city from here, since the hotel is close to the metro. The food was fresh, tasty, and varied, and the clean dining area and staff kept service timely. My room was comfortable, nicely set up for a good night’s rest, and having a safe for valuables was reassuring. Staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help, while the rooms were clean and well maintained. I’d recommend it for comfort, safety, and convenient connections.

I was skeptical when I booked after seeing all the great reviews online, but checking in made it clear why people rate this place so well. The staff and service were genuinely good, and everyone was friendly. I’d entered the wrong checkout date and wasn’t eligible for a refund, but the manager went out of their way to sort it out. I recommend the place if that’s what you’re looking for.

A calm, decent place for a holiday, with delicious food and a good variety every time. The staff were very polite and hospitable, with real understanding and empathy. They treated us with a lot of care and concern. Highly recommended.

Food was a highlight for me. It isn’t cooked on-site, but the hotel brings in fresh items from its menu, and they were outstanding, full of flavour and some of the most delicious food I’ve tasted. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, and took great care of guests. Hotel Sunstar Heritage is comfortable and well maintained, with spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, reliable hot water, and good air conditioning. I had no issues during my stay. The location is convenient for exploring, not too far from Connaught Place and Chandni Chowk. I’d gladly stay again.

The food was good and the portions generous, though preparation took a long time because the kitchen is somewhere else. Service otherwise was prompt. The rooms were good, but didn’t look as nice as the Google images. Hot water wasn’t as warm as I’d expected in winter, and the hotel is tucked inside, so road access is limited.
