The staff all behaved well, and the service was good. It's in Moosapet, with a metro station there. There's also a nearby vegetarian place, Devi hotel and restaurant.

Since we'd prepaid, they gave us the smallest room and we had no other choice. The geyser gave an electric shock because of an earthing problem. They didn't provide bottled water like other hotels I've stayed at. Some lights didn't work, and the room wasn't bright enough for reading, with dark corners. For a place called luxury, the amenities fell short: no electric kettle or tea kit in the room.

I paid 22500 for 14 days for my family, but we stayed only 7 days and the hotel management still hasn't returned the balance. I've called many times and haven't received correct information. It's been more than a month and there's still no refund. Very bad experience at this OYO hotel.

Room service was poor. Please check the room's AC and geyser before you stay.

The reception staff behaved very badly, and the bathroom crossiant wasn't fitted properly either.
