Hotel Burans And Restaurant

I first stayed at hotel burans in 2018 and liked it, especially the lovely landscape nearby. It's just before the main chakrata mall road area. I came back in may 2026 and still found it a great place to stay in chakrata. Parking is generous, unlike the hotels at mall road. Mr. Shashank, the owner, was a gem and very helpful to patrons. I had mistakenly booked one room instead of two on Goibibo, and the hotel was sold out. Goibibo wouldn't help cancel the stay, but when I called Shashank, he arranged rooms for me and even refunded money Goibibo wouldn't return. Book directly through Shashank using the contact number on google. His rates are better than online apps, and the service promise is better too.

My family had a great Christmas and New Year holiday here. The location is breathtaking, the owner was very friendly, and the food was good. We enjoyed the bonfire and amazing view, and the staff were kind, helpful, and made the service feel like home. A few things need attention before I'd give it five stars: the cupboards weren't clean, the sheets and pillows could be cleaner, and the TV was too small to watch comfortably. Still, it's a must-go place.

The mountain views from Hotel Burans in Chakrata are beautiful, and the location is just right for relaxing and enjoying nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We also found the food really tasty, and the staff were polite and helpful. I had an amazing experience here and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chakrata.

The rooms were extremely dirty, with spiders and unhygienic conditions throughout. The washroom was filthy and poorly maintained as well. Service took far too long, and the food quality was disappointing. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.
