My husband was staying here for work, and I arranged a midnight birthday cake as a surprise. The hotel team was responsive and cordial while helping me set it up. At exactly 12 AM, they brought the cake to his room, which made the moment even more special. He was thrilled, and I'm grateful they made it go so smoothly. Thanks to Mr Manoj, Mr Sandesh and Mr sudhir for being so helpful. Really thoughtful service, highly recommended.

The vegetarian food at the restaurant was full of authentic flavour and clearly made with care. I also found the rooms fresh and clean, with a peaceful, almost resort-like feel. The staff were warm and made me feel at home. One of my best stays in Udupi, and I'd happily return and recommend it to family and friends.

We had an Executive room at Chithara Comforts from Nov 27, 2025 - Nov 29, 2025, for 2 nights and 3 days. It was a pleasant visit, with a spacious, bright room and very good room service. Reception staff were efficient and well mannered. We enjoyed the in-house dining too, and service was quick. We look forward to staying there on future trips to Udupi.

I came to see Lord Krishna, and your hotel's location worked perfectly for that. The rooms were large, clean, and well kept. I would've liked a little more variety in the food, but it was a great experience.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff were courteous and helpful. This is a newly built hotel close to the service bus stand, so transport is easy, with restaurants nearby as well. There's a veg restaurant attached, and the food is good. It works well for families and solo travelers.
