Shree Vallabh Vilas Lords Plaza Nathdwara - Pure Veg

Staying at Vallabh Vilas Lord's hotel felt as divine as darshan of shrinathji. The service was top-notch and the location was excellent. I’m from Bhavnagar and recently visited shrinathji, and I’m very grateful to the manager, whose name I unfortunately forgot, for making us welcome. Next time, I’ll surely stay for quite a few days. I also explained why the diya shouldn’t be lit in front of the shrinathji painting (chabbi) behind reception. The staff accepted the suggestion right away and removed it, and I’m very thankful for that too.

The food was delicious and the restaurant manager was kind and always ready to help. The waitresses were trainees from frenkfin, though, and didn’t know how to welcome or serve guests. I hope the hotel keeps its service standards up while training them. The reception staff were lovely, the taxi service was professional and affordable, and the rooms were spacious and nice, with very good AC. The hotel is within walking distance of the temple. I’ve stayed here three times with my American gujrati guest, and had a great experience overall.

The hotel has a palace-like feel, with large, clean rooms and a basic bathroom. It’s very close to the temple, which is convenient, and the food is good. The blankets and towels seemed used, however, and the bathrooms by the restaurant were extremely dirty and smelly.

My family and I spent two days at Lords Hotel, Nathdwara, and had a delightful stay. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, with exceptional service and hospitality. Our room was neat and cozy, and the food was excellent. Thanks for making the trip memorable.
