I regretted booking after seeing the actual state of OYO-Silver Inn Guest House. The rooms were extremely dirty and scary, like a haunted house, and the water quality was poor. Room service was awful, and they didn't bother to clean unless asked. Probably the worst property I've stayed at. Please don't book this OYO.

The local restaurant delivers decent food to the room, but there's no in-house kitchen. I'm not sure whether they allow Swiggy, Zomato, or Uber Eats. A DTH connection for the TV wasn't available, and even after several requests they couldn't connect it. The staff behaved well, but much else was average or poor. The infrastructure isn't up to the mark, the room doesn't have enough light, and the AC was faulty and started malfunctioning near the end of my stay. There's plenty to improve.

Staff were polite and helpful, and the room was okay for the price. The hotel was a nice property overall, though it's set back from the main road. If you're coming by cab, you'll need to get out around 200-300 metres before the hotel. I had a nice stay.

The rooms were lovely and felt like my own, and the excellent room service and helpful, very polite staff made the stay feel like home. Silver inn guest is an amazing place to stay while travelling. I really enjoyed it and would give the inn five stars.

At check-in today, the receptionist put me in a room at another guesthouse, 500mtr away from this one. This isn't the first time it's happened to me. My experience of the whole management system was very bad, and I think goibibo should work on this.
