The mattresses were hard as marble, the rooms looked nothing like the pictures, and the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed to treat guests as a burden. The AC was there for show and didn’t work; the staff told us it was because there was no stabilizer. At 9 p.m., they locked the main gate without checking whether all the guests had returned. We stood outside on the street, knocking for more than 40 minutes. They hadn’t given us contact details, so we got a number from local people. The manager said, “We are on dinner break, shall unlock once done.” We had to wait on empty streets at night until they finished dinner and opened the gate. I wish I could give a negative rating.

The reception and other staff were very kind and helpful, and you can have a nice stay here. Cleanliness was a small issue: the towel I got had stains, and there was hair clogging the bathroom drain. After I complained, they cleaned the drain and gave me a fresh towel.

The room was tiny, about 8ft by 8ft, packed with no window or ventilation, and the lights were very dim. There was just one little soap in the bathroom, smaller than a toffee, so I had to go out and buy another one to bathe. On top of that, they charged me an extra 150 in cash, 30% more, claiming it was for early check-in. I had asked before booking whether arriving around 6-7 am would cost extra, and they said it was fine because rooms were available. A really poor experience.

The floor was muddy and dirty, the bedsheet wasn't clean, and cleanliness in general was minimal. Paint was coming off the walls, and there was no TV or WiFi. Maybe I just got unlucky with this room and yours could be different. Good luck.
