Treebo Royal Orbit, Metropoliton

After being a regular for three years, I'm done booking here. The service has gone downhill badly. There was no shampoo, drinking water, or dining menu in the room until I called for them; there wasn't a TV either, though I didn't bother about that. Staff also kept working noisily around the lift at night, and three of the five rooms are near it, so you hear everything. Treebo Vedanta costs 300 extra but is much better. Thanks for the last three years, but the quality is gone.

The rooms are big, clean, and have nice beds. There's Wi-Fi and a tea kettle, and the staff are well behaved. The food is tasty and cheap, with plenty of facilities at the hotel. Great place to stay, Hotel orbit.

After a tiring day, I arrived to check in at 6 in the evening, and they told me to wait another hour and a half. That's completely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

There was a foul smell from the toilet, hair on the bed, and dirty sheets. Because of the hygiene and my mother's post-surgery condition, we left within 1-2 hours. Staff then demanded ₹2,000, saying they hadn't received the online payment. Emails bounce back, and I still haven't received a refund.
