Getting around from here is convenient, and the bathroom was clean and usable. The rooms were tiny, though, with no windows, and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The sheets and pillowcases need replacing rather than washing, and ants were crawling all over the bed. No toiletries were provided.
The room was okay and the cleaning was good, but at check-in the property manager refused to provide it at the low price shown in the Oyo app and demanded extra money. Oyo customer care told me to pay it and said the company would refund it after checkout. That never happened, so they broke their promise. This is very disappointing from the Oyo company. #oyofraud.
