Hotel O Crown Inn is rated 4.1 out of 5, which is considered very good. It's a 3 star star hotel in Kolkata and stands out as a highly recommended choice for travellers.

The staff were good, but the room was far too dirty and the bedsheet was unhygienic. I asked the boy if another room was available, and he said no, sir. It isn't acceptable to pay money and get a room that dirty. This was the worst experience ever.

There are better options nearby. The reception staff were rude, the linen was dirty, and the bathroom leaked. Breakfast was included, but the toast was burnt. I've added images of the dirty linen and breakfast.

I was really disappointed with the stay. The rooms were in very poor condition, and both the bathroom and the stained, dirty bedsheets were unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The staff were good to deal with, but the room hadn't been cleaned properly and the bedsheet felt unhygienic. The room itself was just okay.
