Having my family, including my 2 years child, go to bed hungry was a nightmare. We ordered dinner at 20:00 hrs and waited until 22:30 hrs. After many calls to reception and the restaurant, it still didn’t arrive. Any time we called reception for water or another service, we had to wait without knowing how long, and had to remind them at least 10 times for anything. The lift wasn’t working either. I stayed because the roads to Dalhousie were closed. Otherwise, the location isn’t worth staying for. The service was beyond imagination, below what I’d expect from a 1 star hotel. How can this place claim to be 4 star? That feels completely fake. In my experience it shouldn’t even be 1 star. This hotel was a nightmare during my trip. Places like this must be sealed forever.

The food was excellent in both taste and quality, and the hotel was kept very neat and clean. We had an extraordinary view from the balcony and great service. The location was convenient for the main tourist spots. Our 2N3D stay became one of the good memories from the trip.

The food was good and the staff were cooperative, but our room wasn’t that clean. The receptionist was rude and didn’t even guide us about our stay.

The staff were very polite and supportive, and Chef Sunny and Mr.Vikas deserve a special thanks. The rooms were neat and clean, with an awesome outside view. It was a great stay here. Much Recommended.

The heater and TV didn’t work, and nobody came to help. We also had to ask repeatedly for blankets, which took 4-5 hours to arrive. Worst of all, four of us in my family were trapped in the elevator for about 20 minutes after check-in. I kept pressing the alarm, but no one answered. I can’t imagine how frightening that would have been for a child or an older person alone. The staff were slow whenever we needed anything. This place is a safety hazard and nowhere near a four-star hotel. Avoid it.
