Hotel Cozy Nook

Had to give one star because that's the minimum, but this would be minus otherwise. The rooms were stinky, dirty, and uncomfortable, with common washrooms, yet they call it a Delux room. Miscommunication left us with 5rooms for 6 families. The room photos were fake, the reality was absolutely opposite. A big no for this hotel. Avoid staying in dis hotel.

WARNING: Avoid Hotel Cozynook and Travelsetu if you're planning a peaceful trip to Dalhousie. The hotel is isolated in a remote area, 30 minutes from the main city, with no nearby shops. The rooms and service were horrible, and there's no room service because the whole hotel is run by just 3 overwhelmed people. The food tastes awful. Breakfast isn't ready until after 9 AM, and dinner isn't served until after 9 PM. Hospitality was a complete failure. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

This is just a budget hotel, not a 3-star one. There weren't enough staff to carry my luggage, and the bathroom window in my room was broken. I wouldn't recommend it for families, since people in nearby rooms were smoking and drinking.

There wasn't even a proper receptionist available, and the dinner was so terrible I'd rather stay hungry than eat there again. My stay at Cozy Nook on was honestly the worst hotel experience of my life. The room and bathroom were extremely dirty, and there was visible water leakage on the walls. Basic things were missing too: no geyser, handwash or bathroom slippers. The place was poorly maintained and highly disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
