The staff were helpful, which was the only positive part of the stay, and that’s why I’m giving three stars. We booked two executive rooms, but got one executive and one deluxe. The rooms were very small, nothing like the executive rooms we were told we’d get, and the deluxe room’s bathroom was unbelievably tiny.

The owner asked me to cancel my OYO booking and pay 3000 for the stay, then charged Rs 4000 when I was leaving. He also charged me Rs 1000 extra. When I argued, he said he wasn’t scared of “polish” and threatened me because I was an outsider. The owner is very cheap, and the service was too bad.

The rooms are small, but comfortable enough to stay in, and mine and the washrooms were neat and clean. I visited Amritsar recently with friends and had a nice stay here. Staff were helpful and professional, hot water was available, and the price was reasonable. I’d recommend it for a short stay in Amritsar. 👍

The staff behaved well, and the rooms were good with clean toilets. There’s no parking space, and the AC remote wasn’t working.

It’s about 1 km from the Temple, and the rooms are small and dirty, not worth the price. The hotel’s AC doesn’t work, so families shouldn’t book. Really bad place to stay.
