They include breakfast with tea, and the cleaning was decent, though the floors need more attention. I had worried about the hotel being on the second floor, but the staff were very helpful and even responded at 12 o'clock. We booked in person with check-in at 1:00 a.m., and it was hassle-free. Since we were a man and woman on a business trip, they didn't allow us into each other's rooms, which was fine with us. Amazing budget option.

We had to cancel a booking made months ahead because the hotel was overbooked. The management was poor. Not very decent, avoid it.

I stayed for a week and used two different rooms, but neither was cleaned properly. I switched rooms after a few days. Towels weren't changed when we stayed longer than 24 hours, and we had to ask before they'd provide soap.

For the affordable rates, the rooms are spacious and decent, and room service is quick. The TV only gets a few Hindi and Gujarati news channels. There are lots of restaurants nearby for anyone who likes eating out, and I'd avoid ordering food from the hotel. It's also not far from the railway station.

Booking online made the price reasonable, and check-in is available 24 hours. The exterior looks like a 19th century hotel, but inside it's well managed and the rooms are neat and clean. Food is costly. The location is good, close to the railway station.
