Mr. Rishu welcomed us warmly and made sure we didn’t run into any problems. Every service we needed arrived as quickly as possible, and his hospitality was top notch. We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Plaza and would definitely visit again.

My complaint to Make My Trip has been pending for six months. I trusted the brand, sent original photos, and still haven’t received help to change the building. I was charged more than double for a very cheap hotel. The photos for my trip to Dalhousie were misleading. The hotel is called hotel holiday plaza. They created what I believe is a fake new Google business after deleting the old business to avoid negative reviews, but there are negative reviews again. There was no hygiene or cleanliness, the furniture was old and dirty, there was no ceiling fan, and the washroom was especially dirty. The actual place was very different from the photos.

The location is good, and the caretaker Rishu Sharma really helped in different ways and made us feel like family. Hats off to you, boss. The rooms themselves were pathetic: old and outdated, with awful beds, and you can’t lock the door. A room heater costs an extra 300.

Even though the location is good, the rooms were damaged and waterlogged, and the bathrooms were unbearable because of the foul smell. The rooms were untidy and poorly maintained, and the website photos can’t be trusted. It’s not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Rishu Kumar was the best staff member I’ve come across so far, with great service. I’m going to visit again soon. The place has mesmerizing mountain scenery and a cozy room with lots of space.
