The location was lovely and scenic, and the water activities were just a short walk away. Parking and hot water were both fine, and we had a great time overall. The only thing they could probably improve is Wi-Fi in the rooms, where the signal gets weak. Mobile data worked well, though, so it wasn’t a big problem.

We went to Le Roi, Tehri Lake for our wedding anniversary, and the stay became a really special memory. Our Deluxe Lake View Room booking was upgraded to a Premium Room at no extra cost. We hadn’t even asked, and the staff arranged it so easily because it was our anniversary. The rooms felt cosy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to find a place that cares so much about guests being happy. I’d highly recommend Le Roi, especially for a special occasion at Tehri Lake.

The card machine wasn’t working, and the explanations about card payment made checkout inconvenient. That really needs to improve. Otherwise, the hotel does well: the staff were supportive and responsive, the food was tasty with a decent choice, and the service met expectations. Its location right beside the water sports point is especially handy for anyone wanting adventure, and the setting makes it an easy place to enjoy Tehri. With reliable payment facilities, it would be even more comfortable. It’s still a very good stay option.

We could see a big stretch of the lake and the water activities from our room, and the view was excellent. The stay was really nice, with good food and welcoming, well-mannered staff. Thanks to Pradeep ji for the complimentary room upgrade, and to Sanjana for listening to what we needed so promptly and helping us with a lovely smile.

The lift wasn’t working, but the team thoughtfully brought breakfast to our room since the buffet is on the 4th floor. Sanjana ji was especially warm and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel LeRoi, with delicious food, supportive staff throughout, and a stunning view of the Tehri reservoir.
