Mr Shashi kumar and Sandeep were really good champs. The staff’s attitude and willingness to cooperate were remarkable.

We’d been there just an hour and already had loads of complaints. Dust was everywhere in the rooms, the cupboards were broken, and the furniture was broken too. It felt like nobody had stayed here before us. The place looks good from outside, but inside it’s worse than a 3rd graded hotel. The owner doesn’t seem to care, and the manager’s behavior was awful. Even the cleaning people spoke more politely than him. The staff were quite cooperative, though the staff were also unprofessional overall. The rooms and experience were the worst, and this place doesn’t deserve even one star. I don’t know how goibibo rated it 4/5. Don’t book this hotel, it’s a waste of money.

We ended up staying for a day because the owner refused to return our money, and I felt cheated. The hotel was in poor shape throughout, with broken furniture, dirty walls, and a bad smell everywhere. The photos looked completely different from what we found. It’s not a good place to stay, so avoid it.

I spent three nights here and found the rooms spacious and neat, with large, clean bathrooms. It’s good value for money and only 150-200mt from Gandhi Chowk. There’s parking on top of the property. Two things were missing: a tea or coffee maker, and a complimentary heater in every room, since the temperature drops to around 0 at night.
