Jasmine Dalhousie by Goroomgo

There are no food facilities or Wi-Fi, the place isn't clean, and it has lots of stairs going down. I wouldn't recommend it for a family. The owner is very selfish and won't answer visitors' calls. The room photos are completely fake. Don't visit this hotel.

We booked two rooms at Jasmine II for our family through Goibibo and paid ₹15,000 in advance. With the no-refund policy, we were stuck with a horrible stay. Rooms 403 and 401 were tiny, smelly, and unfinished. There was no water, towels, kettle, or Wi-Fi, and the switches were broken and trays dirty. Outside the room was an open area that felt unsafe for kids. We had just one key for three guests, with heavy labor movement around us and no privacy. Goibibo offered no real help, only an automated reply and nothing afterward. I trusted them and got nothing in return. Avoid Jasmine II and Goibibo. It wasn't worth the risk, especially with family.

We spent four hours waiting by the road, and neither the owner nor MMT helped. In the end, I stayed at Kohinoor hotel. I paid 1800/- for this place, but the condition was so bad that we didn't stay, and the owner didn't refund us. The rooms smell like wine, aren't cleaned, and look nothing like the filtered pictures. They may show you another hotel, but both are too bad. Don't book through MMT. See the room first, then check in. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The view is good, though you can find the same view elsewhere. The hotel is down a few steps on the hill, around 1.5-2 floors. The rooms are extremely small, so don't pre-book. You can get a larger room for the same rate.
