Jot Pass Hotel

The hospitality was very nice, and the hotel staff were supportive. The food was amazing and tasty. A must-visit place in Joot, Himachal.

The rooms were comfortable and well kept, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can tell care and investment have gone into making the atmosphere welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly, which made the experience even nicer. I appreciated how thoughtfully the place has been made to feel like a home away from home.

The food could be better in both taste and variety, which didn't meet my expectations. Still, Hotel Jot Pass's restaurant was clean and well maintained, with a pleasant ambiance and courteous staff. The hygiene standards were commendable, and with some improvements to the menu and flavors, it has great potential.

The staff told me there'd be an 18% tax on the food bill, asked guests for their addhaar number, and said they wouldn't serve food to the room. They also said there'd be no light at night and no room service, then told me, “take it or look somewhere else.” The attitude and behavior were really wrong. I visited the hotel today for the first time, and I request people not to stay here because of the staff's attitude. The owner should check the camer and find the employee responsible.
