I visited recently and liked the ambience a lot. Had a good stay here, and I highly recommend the place.

The staff were very rude, especially Mr. Shakeel, who doesn't know how to speak to or treat customers. The rooms were dirty and smelly, there was no cleaning service, and the washroom taps didn't work properly. They also offer couple hourly stays, which created a very negative atmosphere. I travel around the globe for business and have never had an experience like this. I would've given zero as usual, but that rating wasn't available.

Nothing was available, not even soap, a towel, or a chair, and the fan wasn't working either. Everything about this hotel was bad.

Nothing about this place is good. The rooms are tiny, cramped, and stink, and the windows won't open. There are holes and stains in the bedsheet, and the ceiling looks like it could fall. A waste of money and time. Don't stay here.

The location is good, and the staff were cordial. The rooms felt a bit congested, the TV didn't work properly, there were no hangers in the cupboard, and the soap dispenser was broken. Room service wasn't available because of Ramazan.
