It's a little away from Gandhi Chowk, and the road up is somewhat steep, but the quiet setting and natural scenery make the resort worth it if you enjoy being away from the noise. We had a great stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Manish from the service team deserves a special mention: he stayed ahead of what we needed and took care of things without being asked. Highly recommended for a peaceful break away from the crowd!

We paid a premium, but the stay felt more like a hostel, and we were very unhappy with it. It was sold as a “Luxurious Cottage,” though it didn't feel luxurious. The room hadn't been cleaned when we checked in, and the electricity was out when we arrived, though it came back shortly afterward. I also had to ask to move to a room with the bigger balcony I'd already paid for. The room felt disappointing, and the photos looked much fancier than the real thing. The bathtub shown by the window in the pictures was missing. On top of that, the bathroom smelled extremely bad, making it miserable to use, and the smell spread into the room. Service fell well short of what we expected. There's a lot that needs improvement for a place marketed as a luxury cottage.

We had dinner here, and the food was delicious with excellent service. The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and cozy, and the staff are polite and greet you with warm smiles. We got a lovely welcome and superb hospitality. Mr Rinku Sharma was especially courteous and helpful during our stay.

We visited in December. The location is offbeat, and the roads felt quite unsafe, but everything else was amazing. Manish is a gem. He looked after us like a big brother, arranged a heater when we asked, and considered my health when allowing a late checkout. All the staff were very, very helpful to us.

The access road is extremely steep, and only a skilled driver could manage it. Rooms get no direct sunlight and stay cold much of the time. There is no central heating, just room heaters on request, and it takes about three hours to warm a room, so parents with young children should be careful. The food menu is limited, and there aren't many power outlets in the rooms. On the good side, the valley view and location are beautiful, the room decor is tasteful, staff support and service are exceptional, and the food is tasty and amazing.
