I only checked in because a tanker crash had brought the Mumbai–Pune highway to a standstill, no cabs would take the trip, and I was nearby for dinner. It turned into a sensible stop. For 1000, the room was good value: clean, with a comfortable double bed and mattress, a little desk, a cozy sofa, and strong Wi-Fi. Breakfast at P3 was simple but cooked well, with poha, chana, bread-jam, and tea. The building is on the 29th floor, so finding breakfast there was a little confusing at first. Staff were helpful and attentive. The broken WC pot was the one real downside. It’s a practical place to rest during travel trouble, especially for frequent travelers, junior executives, or longer stays, though it isn’t luxury.
