OYO Flagship 37456 Arusai

The room was below standard and had no internet, and although other rooms were available, the receptionist wouldn't move me. He had an annoying attitude and first tried to charge extra for early check-in. After I showed him the OYO policy, he agreed not to charge. If you want a lesson in choosing a hotel, this place will do it.

They charged for breakfast but didn't provide it, and the front desk person was very rude. The hotel is tucked inside a lane rather than on the main road. If you arrive late, watch out for street dogs, since there are hardly any people around in the lane at night. The rooms are spacious, but in poor condition, and the bathroom was in bad shape too. During my stay the power went out at midnight. There were lots of mosquitoes, no backup power, and they didn't have mosquito repellent foil when I asked. I finally checked out at 6 in the morning. A horrible stay, please don't stay here.

The Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, which made it hard to stay connected and get essential work done as a business traveler. Power was another problem: the supply kept fluctuating, and outages came every ten minutes. I couldn't use appliances properly, charge my devices, or get a decent night's sleep during my overnight stay at Hotel Aru Sai in Pune. I complained several times, but the staff didn't take prompt or effective action. They showed little concern and offered no real help, which made the whole thing more frustrating. It was a dreadful stay, and I regret choosing Hotel Aru Sai. I wouldn't recommend booking here, especially if you need a comfortable, trouble-free night in Pune.

The rooms are tiny, there's no elevator, and the bathroom was unhygienic with a broken water closet and no ventilation. Please don't book this hotel.
