The view here is so peaceful, and I was really happy with my visit. The food and service were great too. Shubham was especially good to us. I honestly can't put into words how lovely the place felt.

The location is good, but I didn't enjoy the food at all. I tried vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, as well as shakes, and everything was below average. A very bad experience.

Poor service and problems getting my order delivered ruined my Diwali. For a renowned establishment, this showed a complete lack of accountability and oversight. Customers shouldn't be humiliated or scorned. I hope adequate steps are taken to prevent this kind of irresponsible behavior.

We came as a group of four, and the service was careless and unprofessional. The waiter got our order right but brought the wrong portions. When we pointed it out, he argued that they were the same order, then said the incorrect ones had already been prepared. This happened with two orders. When we tried to order something else, he said our food was already ready and walked off without hearing the new order. Very disappointing.

The portions we got were wrong, and the restaurant seemed indifferent when we tried to address it. Orders are manipulated and customers are left to compromise, with service that reeks of arrogance. This is the worst service in Pithoragarh. Don't ruin your day by eating here.
