The hotel is in a decent location, but poor maintenance and manager Pramod's don't care attitude ruined our stay. We went through three rooms in 12 hours, and they were all in awful shape. The carpets stank, the bedsheets were used and dirty, and the bathroom smelled like a gutter. The washbasin water wouldn't drain, either. The AC didn't work the night we arrived, so we changed rooms at 11:30, then had to move again the next morning. The third room smelled of cigarette smoke, and we had to keep using air freshener. Guests are allowed to smoke in the rooms. Breakfast was very limited, with no variety, and I had to keep asking for better service. With management and operations this poor, everything goes wrong. This hotel isn't worth Rs 1500/- a night. I wouldn't recommend it. Don't waste your money.

The room was shabby and damp, and the lamp lights didn't work. There was no free parking, so you have to get a day pass. I also had no hot water, despite complaining several times, and nobody fixed it. The room landline and AC were both out of order too. Worst hotel I've stayed in so far.

We booked the hall for a birthday party, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The snacks were very poor, the AC wasn't working properly, and the staff came across as untrained and unprofessional.

We booked two rooms, and one of our company members had to leave early in the morning without breakfast. We told the front desk we'd pay the outstanding amount at checkout, but hotel staff called three times asking for payment. We said we were asleep and asked them to stop calling repeatedly, but they didn't seem to care about our rest and only wanted the money. Please read this before booking. We would never recommend staying here.

I couldn't sleep properly because there was loud noise for about three hours in the evening and night, like construction was happening inside or above the building. When I asked reception to move me to another room, they bluntly said there weren't any available. I stayed at Amara Hotel, Chandigarh, and wouldn't recommend it.
