Hotel City Heart Premium

The rooftop restaurant was a lovely place to unwind, with live music on the weekend and excellent food across a good range of cuisines. Our suite was spacious, very clean, and well kept, with a large bathroom and bathtub. Hotel City Heart Premium gave us a fantastic stay that exceeded what I expected, combining comfort, attentive service, and a location in Sector 17 that is hard to beat. It's right beside the lively Sector 17 market, so shopping and exploring on foot were easy, with everything a short walk away. Everyone from check-in at the front desk to room service was polite, professional, and attentive, and went above and beyond for our comfort. It feels like a luxury experience and offers great value for money. For business or leisure in Chandigarh, I'd easily recommend it. I'll be back on my next visit.

I spent 7 days at City Heart premium. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were always helpful and wonderful. They took care of every request quickly. Everything is nearby, with most places about a 10 mins drive away. I'm very likely to return and stay longer.

The terrace live singer was great and accommodating. Even after his time was up, he stayed quite a while to take special requests. We had a wonderful time there with college friends, in a private dining room. The service was excellent and the food was decent.

The room was decent, but it was right beside a staircase and extremely noisy all night, making it hard to rest. I also felt misled about a 20% food discount. The restaurant called to offer it, which influenced my order, but at checkout I was told it only applied to dining in the restaurant, not room service. No one had clearly explained that. For the price, I expected clear communication, honesty, and a quiet, comfortable stay. The hotel didn't meet those basic expectations, and I wouldn't recommend it unless things improve.
