The photos showed one thing, but the actual place was completely different. There was no TV, no phone for calling room service, and no menu for ordering food. The tiles were broken and the walls had spitting marks. In the bathroom, the geyser was leaking, there was no soap holder, and there was no handwash. I expected better because I thought it was a Fab hotel, but whatever they charge, it's not worth it. Avoid staying here.

The service was unprofessional, the bathroom wasn't maintained properly, and the room was unhygienic. One of the worst hotel stays I've had. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room was dirty, the staff were rude, and the service was poor. Not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Basic things like water or towels took several follow-ups, and even then we had to go to reception ourselves. The staff were rude, and the place wasn't clean or properly equipped. Not worth the money at all.

I checked in on Dec 14 and checked out within 2 days. I travel around India for work and have stayed at many hotels, cheap and expensive, but this was the worst experience I've had. The service was third class, and though they said they had a kitchen, whenever I ordered something they said they couldn't provide it. The staff's behaviour was awful, especially that guy with long hair at the back, Dhoni-like. I'd stay on the roadside rather than here. I moved to Hotel 21 and had an outstanding experience there, with great food and service.
