The stay was unpleasant. The towel was torn and shredded, and there was no water bottle. Even though I had already paid through Google Pay via Agoda, the hotel asked me for more money and took it after I showed them my confirmed booking. Agoda had also shown the wrong phone number and placed the hotel in Sector 35A, though its actual location was somewhere else.

The staff were really helpful, and everything else was good. The location is prime, though sometimes there's an odd smell in the lobby.

The linen was dirty, and the staff behaved poorly. My booking included complimentary tea at breakfast, but they charged me for it. It was a pathetic experience. I won't come back or recommend this hotel.

You can barely breathe here because the place smells like a urine district. Bring your own mask. It's a low class hotel, only worth considering if it's your last option in chd. Management needs to sort out the stinky toilets and drains.

The room had a bad smell and felt unhygienic. The bathroom lights were a problem, and the door lock didn't work either. Not recommended.
