OYO 19805 Hotel O3

The pictures may be from when the hotel first opened, so don't rely on them. My room had a strong stink and no ventilation, with frequent power cuts. There were stains on the walls and bed sheets, plus cigarette butts scattered around because the room hadn't been properly cleaned. I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay.

There was a strong smell in the room, no ventilation, and frequent power cuts. The walls and sheets were stained, and the room hadn't been cleaned properly. After spending one night there, I had skin problems. The photos may date from when the hotel first opened, so don't trust them.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and we had a pleasant night in a clean, spacious family room. We booked on the spot rather than through the OYO app and paid ₹2,500. The bed was comfortable, though it only fit three, so they brought an extra mattress when we asked. The room had a decent sized TV, table and chair, mirror, cupboard with a few hangers, and AC. The bathroom was clean and large, and toiletries were provided. You could also call to order water bottles. The hotel is in a complex near the main road, so transport was easy to find. Check-in was at 12 PM and checkout at 11 AM. Free wifi is available, and reception can give you the password. The kitchen was closed while some work was going on, so we ordered from Zomato. I think they generally don't allow outside food.

Everything else was okay at this hotel in sector 20, but the complimentary breakfast was really poor. Don't pay extra for it.
