The room itself was good, but the service really let it down. Cleaning staff seemed very lazy, and there was no ceiling fan or electric kettle in the room. Those feel like basic things a hotel should provide.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was especially delicious. We booked the hotel for our marriage on 25-Nov-2020 and stayed for two days. The staff were professional and cooperative, and they took care of everything so our stay was hassle free. Thanks for making it so memorable 🙂

I chose this hotel after reading its online reviews, but the linens were dirty and the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. You need to do better.
