OYO 1933 Hotel City Paradise

I suggest the management improve its professionalism and communication. The price wasn't clear when I booked, and unexpected changes came later without a proper explanation. Then they called repeatedly about payment. The tone and frequency made it seem like they assumed I wouldn't pay, which felt disrespectful. Guests should get clear pricing and policy details before a booking is confirmed, and be spoken to professionally. I'd go to balaji hotel instead.

During my three-hour afternoon stay, the electricity went out five times, for at least 15 minutes each time. The old AC barely cooled the room, which was extremely dirty. The toilet was filthy, and I saw a cockroach run across the seat. I booked a Super Deluxe Room, but the stay was very disappointing. Please don't rely on the positive reviews, the staff pressures guests to give good ratings.

There are a petrol pump, tea, snacks, and other small shops nearby, and since the hotel is roughly in the city center, the attractions are close too. Parking is only available after market hours because the hotel is upstairs on the first floor and shops occupy the ground level. The rooms and toilets are average, and the ground floor by reception gets too noisy at night. People talking kept me from sleeping.

The good location, with nice restaurants nearby, was one of the few positives. We were given a Super Deluxe Room, but the service was very poor. The washroom had a broken jetspray, no working exhaust fan, a leaking wash basin, and very little hot water. I pointed these things out to the staff, but they did nothing. It showed a clear lack of professionalism.
