The Lalit Chandigarh Hotel

Breakfast was tasty and had a good range of choices, and our room was clean and nice. But when we checked in, nobody was available to show us to the room, and there was no welcome drink. Those details affected our first impression. With better basic hospitality and staff availability, this could be a great stay. I'd give it 3.5/5.

The staff were professional, polite, and quick to help, and the convenient, peaceful location worked well for us. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with great amenities. The hotel was clean, luxurious, and well kept, and both the food and breakfast spread were excellent. A relaxing, memorable stay at The LaLiT Chandigarh. I'd recommend it for business or family trips.

I accidentally left my adapter at The Lalit Chandigarh, and the team followed up promptly and helped me get it back. They were cooperative and showed real concern for their customers. That says a lot about the staff and management. My sincere thanks to the whole team.

The rooms are roomy, but they're old and have visible cracks, so they need maintenance and renovation to match the rest of the hotel. The property itself was clean, and the huge reception area makes an impressive first impression. Staff service was great throughout, and the food was tasty, especially the buffet. There’s a pool, table tennis, and a pool table for entertainment. I’d return for the food and facilities, and hope the rooms get updated. 4/5.
