Swosti Chilika Resort

Anu Thakur, Santosh Nahak, and the whole restaurant team made us feel at home with all their support and hospitality. Our group booking and conference were smoothly organized and turned out to be a huge success. Swosti Chilika Resort has plenty of facilities for both work events and families. I’m already thinking about coming back with my family, since I’m sure the kids will love it. For a trip or an event, I’d go ahead and book.

Raman looked after us for most of our stay and restaurant meals, and did so with real care and affection. The food was good, especially the restaurant’s à la carte menu, and the service was great. It’s a quiet, peaceful resort that can meet most needs, though there isn’t much to do nearby. Prices felt high for nearly everything. The pool is nice, but the water is very cold, so don’t expect to swim in winter. Room service was decent, but seemed stingy with basics like tea sachets, water, and toiletries. The recreation areas need improvement, and the spa is far too expensive. Cleanliness was okay and the facilities decent. A good place, though on the pricey side.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the resort’s greenery and peaceful setting made for a welcome break from the city. Staff were polite, warm, and quick to help throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the good range of tasty food, and the dining area had a pleasant atmosphere. The spa was a real highlight: calm, hygienic, and well managed, with professional therapists and relaxing, rejuvenating treatments that helped relieve stress. Swosti Chilika Resort & Spa is a lovely choice for families, couples, or anyone after a peaceful, comfortable getaway. Highly recommended.

Anu Ma'am was humble and always ready to help, and the whole staff were courteous and helpful throughout my stay. This was a business trip, but I enjoyed the experience enough that I’ll be back with my family for a vacation. It’s easily the best property near Berhampur, with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended.
