Hotel Abirami

Prices are reasonable, which is a plus, but my recent visit was average overall. The AC bar section is quite noisy, and the non-AC area isn't well maintained. Service could be better too, as the supplier/staff weren't very friendly. They have both AC and non-AC bar sections.

I ordered chicken biriyani through swiggy, but what arrived was cold mandhi rice mixed with chicken curry. The picture showed fresh chicken biriyani, which wasn't what I received.

The atmosphere at this AC bar downstairs is very good, and it can be a low-price option for drinking alcohol. It seems there are no other bars in Kattakada, but the staff's behavior and way of speaking are very bad, as if they're giving something away for free. The servings of alcohol are very small. I've complained many times, and today I found out no action has been taken. Be careful not to leave your drink on the table while drinking, or the cleaning staff will take it away. The way they act is basically, drink it if you want and leave. I think management should hear about this, so I'm writing this review.

I recently held my daughter's birthday party here. The food was delicious, affordable, and came with plenty of choices. For a reasonable price, the staff showed outstanding teamwork and organization, and the service was excellent. I'd definitely recommend this place for small gatherings or functions with a limited guest list.
