Hotel Diamond inn

Getting to the entrance was awkward, since the hotel sits a little way off the main road and it's hard to turn a car or rickshaw nearby. We stayed for two days as a family of three in a large room, Room No. 003, but it didn't match the online description. Airtel had no signal in the room, and the WiFi wouldn't reach us. They refused our request to move rooms, saying the hotel was full, though I couldn't tell if that was true. The room had just one charging socket, no TV remote, and the TV itself didn't work. There was no hot water in the bathroom. The staff weren't helpful, didn't assist with our luggage, and room service took a very long time. We ordered noodles and Manchurian from the kitchen, but both were bland and undercooked, and not worth what they charged. A local water bottle marked 18 rupees cost us 30. The booking platforms say late checkout is allowed, but we were asked for 500 rupees for only three extra hours. We'd checked in late, at 8 PM, and the room rate was 1600 per night. We also left without being given a bill. I wouldn't recommend staying here. The poor service, claims that didn't line up with our experience, and missing basic facilities made the stay disappointing. There are better hotels nearby.】【。

The staff were rude, and when I said I wasn't happy with the room, they told me to check out. The so-called super deluxe room was poor quality, dirty, and had filthy sheets. I even found bed bugs on top of the bed sheets. A horrible stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this family hotel. The rooms were clean and the food was tasty. The staff were very helpful and cooperative. Thanks, we'll visit again. 👍👍
